Starting Monday, September 16, EUIPO vouchers are once again available for small and medium-sized enterprises that wish to protect their intellectual property. The voucher covers up to 90% of costs/fees and can be used for:

• registration fees for trademarks and industrial designs,
• patent registration fees,
• IP Scan and IP Scan enforcement.

IP Scan is a service that helps diagnose your business’s intellectual property. Based on the analysis conducted, you will receive expert advice on how to establish a strategy and protect your company’s intellectual property.

IP Scan Enforcement is a service for small and medium-sized enterprises facing intellectual property rights infringement issues. Whether a business discovers that its rights are being infringed (e.g., you suspect someone is unlawfully using your copyrighted work), or in cases where the business is accused of infringing others’ rights (e.g., you have received a cease-and-desist letter or even a lawsuit for infringing someone else’s intellectual property rights). The service includes problem analysis and provides advice on how to handle such situations and what defense options are available to the business.
