Workshop on Licensing Proceedings Conducted by the Czech National Bank at the Digital Assets for Banking and Finance 2024 Conference

On November 5, 2024, the unique Digital Assets for Banking and Finance 2024 conference took place, and our law firm had the opportunity to be among the speakers. Our colleagues Zuzana Stuchlíková, Zuzana Neubauerová, and Maxim Obuchov led a workshop on the topic of Licensing Proceedings Conducted by the Czech National Bank, focusing particularly on the following topics:

• the most common services requiring authorization from the CNB, and
• the process of licensing proceedings and requirements for applicants.
