Crypto-Asset Service Providers - CASPs, Attention! The rules are changing!

On December 30, 2024, the MiCA regulation came into effect for all crypto-asset service providers.
From December 31, 2024, a transition period began, during which existing providers can continue offering their services while also applying for a license from the Czech National Bank by July 31, 2025.
On June 30, 2026, the transition period ends – as of July 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to provide services without a CNB license.

Obtaining a CNB license is a long and demanding process. Do not underestimate the preparation; start immediately.
