Are you planning to do business in the crypto industry? Beware, the rules have changed!

On December 30, 2024, the MiCA regulation came into effect for all providers of services related to crypto-assets.
If you had not provided these services before this date, from January 1, 2025, all provisions of the new regulation will fully apply to you.
In particular, you must hold a license from the Czech National Bank to provide crypto-asset-related services.

Obtaining a CNB license is a long and complex process, and our office has extensive experience assisting with it.
