Want to make use of the transitional period under MiCA?
You must submit your application to the CNB by July 31, 2025!
Otherwise, after August 1, 2025, you won’t be allowed to provide your services in the Czech Republic.
If you held a trade license for crypto services before December 30, 2024, and you apply for authorization under MiCA by July 31, 2025, you can continue operating until the CNB decides on your application – but no later than July 1, 2026.
