Profile
Daniel Tobola cooperates with the law firm Stuchlíková & Partners.
Daniel specialises in criminal law and has experience as a defence attorney in more than 150 cases. In addition to representing clients in criminal proceedings, he also focuses on court disputes, sports law, and family law.
In addition to advocacy, Daniel is a lecturer in cooperation with the Amos Agency, where he lectures on law and logic. Since 2012, he is also a member of the international Mensa organisation, and since 2006, the chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Softball Association, where he has been working as a trainer for the women’s national team since 2004.
Daniel is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Daniel studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
Besides his native Czech, he speaks English.
