Maxim Obuchov

Profile

Maxim is an associate at Stuchlíková & Partners and a specialist in financial and procedural law.

Maxim focuses in particular on CNB licensing proceedings, regulation of financial institutions, cyber security, obligation law and litigation. In his practice to date, Maxim has represented a number of prominent clients in hundreds of interesting and complex cases in civil courts. He has also been involved in representing financial institutions in proceedings held by the CNB, organizing commercial transactions with a value exceeding tens of millions of euros and international arbitration proceedings.

Maxim graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies and after graduation he gained valuable experience in leading international and Czech law firms.

Maxim is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

In addition to Czech, he also speaks English and Russian.
