Zuzana Stuchlíková

Profile

Zuzana Stuchlíková is an attorney-at-law and partner at Stuchlíková & Partners and a leading specialist in the field of financial law/capital markets law and ICT law.

As part of her practice, Zuzana represented, among others, financial institutions in licensing proceedings with the CNB, negotiated syndicated loans worth billions of Czech crowns, or prepared issues of shares and bonds on both Czech and foreign markets.

Zuzana is a member of the Czech Bar Association. For many years, she was also a mentor in the Vodafone Odyssey programme, which focuses on supporting female leaders in Czech business.

Zuzana studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. She also completed an internship at the European Commission in Luxembourg.

Prior to establishing Stuchlíková & Partners, Zuzana worked for eight years at the international law firm Linklaters and a prominent Czech law firm.

In addition to Czech, Zuzana speaks fluent English.
